Flew to Illinois in October to perform the first half of a training for a Student Instructor. As a Master Instructor - I love getting the opportunity to not only teach children, but to share a passion and love of what I do with someone who is wanting to learn and make a difference too! Although my 2018 season got off to a later start due to me running in the Boston Marathon …I still was able to teach nearly 200 students.

Went to Chicago to help grow the team to give the opportunity of ISR to more families. This is the 2nd year that I have gone to Illinois to train an Instructor and teach children there. The joy of being a Master Instructor is sharing your passion and love of what you do with others, as well as helping to build it in places where it is not being offered as accessibly.

Third year in Chicago for a travel training! This time I had the opportunity to train two Instructors at the same time! While it is always difficult to leave my family for any length of time, I am always thankful to be doing something at least that I love and feel so passionately about!

Opportunity to be volunteer guide for athletes with disabilities for the Chicago Marathon. Extra special in that I got to share this with three of the ISR Instructors I had trained!

Fourth year going to Chicago to teach children not in one new pool in the area...but two!! CAST pool opened by ISR Liz Huber, who we trained when I first went to Chicago! The FMC Natatorium in Westmont, is the second pool, which is the largest pool in Chicago. Such an amazing opportunity and honor to once again be able to help teach such wonderful kiddos and meet such amazing families!

September 2021 became a member of the Instructor Support Team! Fortunate to help other Instructors and kids nationwide!

October 2022 - Sixth year traveling to Chicago to train Instructor and teach kiddos there. Proud to be a CAST Scholarship Partner and a CAST Mentor.

July 2022 trained an Instructor in Arizona for 6 weeks.
2022 - Continued to help as an IST team member to support Instructors nationwide. Incredible swim season from April through August.
